This site is a tribute to Doreen Ruth Rigby-Attwool. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
Mum lived at Davids House for 15 years where she was well cared for and loved by the staff.
Alzheimer's took away her mind but not our wonderful memories, of which there are many. In the early years of her illness she was still able to sing and have a laugh and a joke as well as numerous cups of tea and chocolate biscuits.

Although we lost you many times as Alzheimer’s took over but this loss is the hardest of all. Didn’t want to let you go mum, but your mind deserves to be at peace as you start your journey to be reunited with our beloved dad, whom you never got over losing yourself. Love you so much and always will xxxx
